Year 7 and 8 - £7,975 day / £11,869* full boarding (UK-based)
Year 5 and 6 - £6,105 day / £9,768* full boarding (UK-based)
Year 3 and 4 - £4,719 day / £9,207* full boarding (UK-based)
Year 1 and 2 - £3,916 day
Reception (4-5 years) - £3,734.50 day
Nursery (2-4 years) - £72.50 per day, £42.50 per half day (Nursery fees remain exempt from VAT)

Year 5 and Year 6 - £11,297* per term
Year 7 and Year 8 - £13,530* per term

The Registration Fee is non-refundable

The following fees are exclusive of VAT:

Acceptance Deposit

The Acceptance Deposit will be set against the pupil’s final school bill

£10,769** for non-UK based pupils

* Fee includes compulsory extras exempt from VAT such as lunch, daytime snacks and match teas

Reception to Year 4 - £265 per term
Year 5 to Year 8 - £310 per term

Breakfast/Supper (included for boarders)
£6.75 per day

TT Club (Pre-Prep after school supervision)
£13 per part or whole session (4pm - 6pm)
Maximum charge of £275 per family or £180 per child, per term

Trunk Storage for Boarders
£80 per term (including laundry and repairs)
Maximum charge of £150 per family, per term

Common Entrance Examination (Year 8)
There is an examination fee for the Common Entrance assessments

Digital Device Provision Contribution – Per term:
Year 6 to Year 8 - £95

King’s College Prep is now registered to participate in the 15 hours Working Families Entitlement funding for eligible two-year-olds (from 1 April 2024). If you are eligible you can apply for funding the term after your child turns 2 years old.

Three and four year olds are entitled to receive the Early Years Entitlement the term after their third birthday (the maximum that can be claimed is 15 hours per week).

We are also approved for Tax-Free childcare, please see more information at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.

The termly fee is payable in advance of or before the first day of each term, unless otherwise agreed by separate contractual agreement. If no arrangement is in place and fees are not paid before the first day of term, the fee will be liable to a surcharge of 1.5% and further similar charges at the end of each month that the account remains unpaid. Any remission may be withdrawn if payment is not received on this basis.

As a result of changes to legislation, we are unable to accept payment of fees by credit or debit card.
