Day pupils at King's College Prep School benefit from having the choice to board either on specific year group boarding nights or through our weekly and flexi-boarding options, which are available from Year 3.
We also have an excellent weekly boarding offer designed specifically with the busy parent in mind. The school day is further enriched, for all children from Reception upwards, by the availability of extracurricular activities available after school in prep and during the weekends.
King's College
We believe the boarding ethos and structures of King’s College are of tremendous value to our day pupils. They benefit from a great deal that boarding has to offer, namely a base within the school, the long days that allow time for a variety of activities and a close circle of friends. Indeed the only difference between our day and boarding pupils is that the latter spend the night with us while the former do not.
Our day pupils are wholly integrated into the boarding set-up, with all the pastoral and social benefits that brings. They are also able to board one night per week, free of charge and further nights are available for a 'bed and breakfast' fee when needed.
