Playgroup
Pelican Explorers is our name for our Early Years playgroup sessions.
We have two groups that run during the week: Pelican Playgroup and Pelican Pioneers, both led by one of the Nursery team. Best suited for little ones aged 3-4, we’re happy to welcome those as young as 18 months as long as they’re sturdy on their feet.

Pelican Pioneers is our Forest School session that takes place in Little Wood on Tuesday mornings from 10-11.30am (term time only).
The children take part in lots of activities that includes using tools, lighting fires, outside crafts and getting very muddy! The activities are often themed around the seasons from planting seasonal vegetables in spring to building campfires and toasting marshmallows in autumn – and are accompanied by hot chocolate, loved by parents as well as children.
These sessions are perfect for little ones who love the great outdoors.
£50 per term for ten sessions

Playgroup Enquiry FormPELICAN PLAYGROUP
Pelican Playgroup takes place every Wednesday morning from 10-11.30am.
The children take part in a variety of craft activities as well as having access to a range of age-appropriate toys. There is also an opportunity to have some outside play in Little Wood, and all sessions conclude with a musical sing-along.
Parents stay with their children and enjoy a hot drink and a delicious sweet snack provided by our kitchens.
