Our School Aims
Our role is to inspire every child to believe in their potential and empower them with confidence to strive for their greatest ambitions. We aim to provide individual, personalised learning that will be inspiring for life. Pupils have opportunities to discover their talents by trying new things in a happy, supportive community.
King’s seeks to:
- Empower pupils to challenge themselves intellectually to learn and grow, to develop a lifelong love of learning, for its own sake, not simply to pass an exam;
- encourage pupils to embrace the rich and diverse co-curricular programme, stepping out of their comfort zone to enhance their confidence and become more robust, fulfilled and content versions of themselves;
- and, above all, ensure pupils focus upon and develop their character, their moral code, values and sense of right and wrong – rooted in the Christian ethos of a Woodard Education; pupils must respect each other, always, and embrace diversity of thought, culture, backgrounds and beliefs.
